We’ve strengthened our Operational Board with two new internal appointments; Colin Jacobs has been appointed Client Services Director, whilst Tom Ball has been appointed Digital Strategy Director.

NIB-Banner-TB-CJHaving worked as a non-board Director since joining IF in January this year, Colin has successfully delivered significant operational efficiency and hugely impacted the creativity of IF, helping to grow the consumer division to represent 50% of revenues and increasing organic client retention to account for over 75% of agency revenues. As Client Services Director, Colin will be responsible for client delivery and operational effectiveness, and further developing IF’s famed culture.

Tom Ball has been with IF since 2011 and was this year promoted to a non-board Director role. Tom’s subsequent appointment to the board, follows a year of overseeing the on-boarding of 17 new clients and defining the digital strategy for businesses within Financial Services, Technology, Consumer, Retail, Construction, Pharmaceutical, Leisure, Entertainment and Arts & Culture industries.
