What do CEOs think of social media? (infographic)

There were some really interesting insights from IBM’s 2012 global CEO study which were released this week…

When CEOs were asked for their predictions for the next 3-5 years they foresee a 61% decrease in traditional media being used as a customer interaction method, whilst collectively predicting a 256% increase in social media for the same benefit.
