Twitter shares the love with 2.5 billion tweets a year

Love is in the air today, as couples celebrate the day of love. Twitter marks the special occasion with its new Valentine’s day stickers, enabling people to share the love in a fun way. The social media channel will also release Valentine’s day emojis, each time a user tweets the hashtag #LoveHappens.

Last year, did you know that the word ‘love’ was mentioned more than 2.5 billion times globally on Twitter! That’s proof that love is everywhere.
