Getting personal: data led content development

It’s never enough to simply grow the audience for a brand. In order for that audience to have an increased likelihood of converting, they need to be qualified followers. Identifying specific personas and content pillars through our research and insights, and monitoring trends on a weekly basis, we built a strong social strategy which focused on content that would resonate with our audience.

We discovered that safety and kerb appeal were the main conversation topics driving mentions and engagement. Creating empathetic content which demonstrated our understanding of the customer pain points and wishes for a luxe aesthetic, we shared the wide product range and championed the bespoke, high-quality security offerings.
