Create thumb-stopping content with just one click

Time poor, but feeling creative? Fret no more. A couple of weeks ago Facebook announced its Creative Shop, a simple way for brands and marketers to easily convert static images into video. You may be lucky enough to have a wonderful design team who can whip up some amazing creative in no time but, if your creative capacity is scarce then this new offering from Facebook is an essential lifeline for your brand.

Here are your new options for creating video content from text and image based assets.

Video creation kit

Found in Ads Manager, you simply choose between single video or slideshow and then choose from one of four templates – you can even go vertical if you’re creating content for Stories. You just need to have an understanding of your business goals and what you want to achieve with your ad. You can choose from the following templates:

Promote a product (6 seconds): Focus on a key product to generate interest and sales
Sell multiple products (6 seconds): Show a selection of products, promote a special offer and drive sales
Show product benefits (15 seconds): Highlight product features, use case studies or explain how a product works
• Drive product discovery (15 seconds): Bring your brand to life and share what makes your product unique

Once you’ve chosen your template, Facebook uses its Video Creation Kit to create thumb-stopping content for you. Simple and effective!

Video cropping

We’ve all been there. You have a great piece of content that will look great in feed, but your client wants it to work on Instagram Stories too, what do you do? Re-shoot? No, now you can use Facebook’s cropping tool, to ensure your single piece of content will work in all formats. Game changer!

Video Creation Tools

No video? No problem. Facebook’s Video Creation Tools will take static images, text and logos from your business page and turn them into a creative and fun looking video. You will get the chance to edit each element of the video, whether that’s the text, colour or framing, making it your own at just a click of a button.

Facebook’s new tools will allow you to create great animated content without having to spend lots of money. It’s hassle free and simple, so why not give it a go today and watch as your content stands out in feed?
