IF leads the conversation on D&I in marketing

Katy Howell discusses the state of diversity in advertising and marketing agencies

The marketing sector is making efforts to create a more diverse and inclusive workforce, and immediate future, as a diverse organisation from the top down, is working with others to inspire improvement and action.

That means being involved in industry workgroups, joining and supporting those that are championing diversity, mentoring and helping those who would like to consider a career in marketing, and speaking at events.
